About Us

We're the Florida Treasure Coast Chapter of Sisters in Crime,. The Treasure Coast is a lovely section of the mid-eastern Florida coast, but we're a welcoming bunch. 

We've had members stretching from Indian River County down to upper Monroe County in Southeastern Florida. We even have "snowbird" members who winter in Florida. Since most of our meetings are over Zoom, it's easy for members to attend even if they're traveling. 

Many of our members write cozy mysteries, but we also have members who write a variety of other subgenres, including  YA, hardboiled, domestic thrillers, procedural, romantic suspense, and more. 

We have members who are traditionally published, self-published, have hybrid careers, and unpublished writers looking to learn more about the business and craft. 

Whether you're on a traditional path with your latest bestseller or editing your first manuscript, we'd love you have you join us. 

Members of the Treasure Coast Chapter are required to also be members of Sisters in Crime National, which gives you access to even more resources like webinars, write-ins, and more. Membership dues are $30 a year for the Chapter. This includes 11-12 meetings per year (most, or all over Zoom) and includes most webinars and other events.
